LOCAL ROOTS. AN INTERNATIONAL PERSPECTIVE.

Meet Aspasia

Born and raised in Athens, I have spent more than 20 years sharing Greece’s stories with travelers. As a historian, philosophy major and licensed tourist guide, I see every monument as a living story.

Having lived in the US and England and traveled through Germany and across Europe, I bring a deeply Greek and warmly international perspective. My voice is calm, my words are clear, and there is always room for a conversation.

Beyond the monuments, we might explore lively markets, the flavors of souvlaki and loukoumades, the streets of Plaka, or the light over the Saronic Gulf. Reading, cooking, exploring flavors and philosophy are among my own joys — and part of the Athens I love to share.

My aim is to make your time here memorable, meaningful and personal.

Great private couple tour - we loved it that Aspasia answered all our questions and showed hidden spots at Plaka and Anafiotika that tourists rarely see.

Great experience! Informative, warm and engaging. Our kids loved it and we discovered details we would never have experienced on our own.

Returning to the Acropolis almost 30 years after our 1996 Abitur trip felt like a reunion with our past — surrounded by ancient history and our own memories at the same time.
